Clara Ho is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the private equity industry in Asia. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development Asia at EQT Capital Partners Limited and Co-Head of BPEA Hong Kong Growth Fund, Clara brings extensive investment expertise in Greater China, South Korea, and Japan. Her focus lies in sectors such as software, fintech, industrial tech, climate tech, and healthcare.
Passionate about sustainability, Clara is a strong advocate for the adoption of sustainable practices in the private equity industry. Previously, she held the position of Chairperson of the ESG committee within BPEA (before the merger with EQT in October 2022). Clara is also a board member of AP Moller Capital, an infrastructure fund management subsidiary within the AP Moller Group, with a strong emphasis on social impact.
Throughout her career, Clara has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic mindset. Previously, she served as an Advisor to the CEO at Baring Private Equity Asia Limited, where she conducted a strategic review of the business and reviewed several potential strategic acquisitions.
