Eligibility
- Open to teams of up to five members
- Must be residents in Qatar
- Have a tech-based service/product idea, but need training, mentorship, and a physical space to evaluate its commercial potential
- Extremely committed to developing an entrepreneurial venture
- Passionate, critical, and open-minded
- Not open to existing private companies
